Think of yourself as being most fortunate. You could have made the mistake of rubbing your eyes. All things are relative, my friend. All things are relative. :-)
A friend of mine likes peppers. He ate a huge batch one day. Later he went to pee before retiring and made the mistake of not washing his hands. Still later yet he and his wife 'got busy'. During that process he touched her... there. Almost lost his eyes, then his ears due to the scolding he received.
I have the same problem, with a back that just doesn't want to cooperate with the agenda. I use Arnicare topical gel and oral pellets. (Arnica Montana) I prefer the gel to the creme. It just works better for me.
You know you're an old fart, when you commiserate about your aches and pains.
So, your back pain didn't bother you for a while, did it? It worked! Back pain solved. But....kind of like amputating your foot when you get an ingrown toenail.

Wash your hands BEFORE going to the bathroom.....

... And you are well-prepared to have a debate on the merits of the various options!
Oh ... Biofreeze.
I know what works for me (I'll try anything, within reason)!
"Alex, I'll take 'mistakes I'll never make twice' for $400!"
