One of my old back pains decided to pay me a long-waited & dreaded visit yesterday. After some electric therapy and painkiller, it has descended somehow this morning, so I went for an old proven remedy of times past.
I applied liberally in the affected area and felt the comforting heat and slight relief progress…and then I had to go pee and did. Without thinking.
IT BURNS! SWEET MARY MOTHER OF OUR LORD, IT BURNS SO MUCH I WANT TO SHOOT A WHOLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER DOWN MY SHORTS AND CHASE IT WITH A GLACIAL AGE! THE PAIN, THE PAIN!
I’ll now retreat to the couch and sob quietly while watching stupid cooking recipes that require the use of four pounds of Cheddar cheese in Youtube,
Think of yourself as being most fortunate. You could have made the mistake of rubbing your eyes. All things are relative, my friend. All things are relative. :-)
I have the same problem, with a back that just doesn't want to cooperate with the agenda. I use Arnicare topical gel and oral pellets. (Arnica Montana) I prefer the gel to the creme. It just works better for me.
You know you're an old fart, when you commiserate about your aches and pains.
