I was afraid Trump wouldn't make it to inauguration, and am happy to have that proven unfounded.
Now ... Yes. I think everyone is still in something of a state of shock at the speed at which the Trump admin has been moving. But it is a worry. And from what I've read, I'm more worried about Vance. As VP his profile is lower and presumably his security detail is a little less fleshed out. But it sounds as though he's front and center leading the efforts to analyze payment flows and networks. Plus he's the real threat of being able to extend this work through 2036. Musk, not so much; he can't be president or VP.
The other group I am starting to worry for, are the ones performing the tracing and analyses. I hope they are being provided for, security-wise, because they are probably the easiest route to derailing specific aspects of the investigations.
Everyone in this administration had better take security deadly seriously. The country is full of crazy lefties who cheered the attempts on Trump or moaned about them not being better shots. These people are evil and nuts. Also the families of Elon's Magnificent Six had better be careful, too.
I hate to say it but this country has been heading for a civil war for a few decades now.
The divide between the sides of the political aisle is getting wider, and more people are convinced the other side is evil. And, this divide is not organic, it was, in my opinion, fostered from outside and inside this country.
People like Soros, and the WEF would love to see the USA devolve into a civil war. That feeds their agenda.
The biggest thing that will save this country is if the average American starts seeing the benefits of President Trump's actions quickly. Like, within the next month or two. We are talking lower prices, safer streets, the debt clock beginning to move in the opposite direction for once.

There is no historical basis for that. /end sarc/
Maybe they'll wait until March 15.
Patience doesn't seem to be a common virtue in American Progressives. At least they always seem to try to push just a little too far, too fast.
Over the last four years they pushed way too hard and, well, here we are. :-)
Long time they have been pushing, perhaps hurrying as they see their end.

I am cautiously optimistic.
And, I am keeping my powder dry.
