and rest assured the liberals will use this to push for MORE “gun control” to disarm citizens..

And try to repeal "Stand Your Ground" ... even though it has zero implications in this case.

Just like the Zimmerman/Trayvon shooting. The media made it ALL about "Stand Your Ground" ... even though Zimmerman's counsel never sought that determination as a legal defense. It was a straight-up self-defense case. (One cannot safely retreat when pinned down on the ground, as Zimmerman was, and so the right to NOT retreat -- i.e. "stand one's ground" -- doesn't enter it.)

I was on a thread the other day that was 'horrible lefty DA is prosecuting guy who defended himself in his home"

Looked it up. The guy was good up until he chased after them and continued shooting. Even the DA's office said that .I posted that info.

Half a dozen morons came on w/ their balls bigger than their brains on how they would 'shoot until the threat is dead" and how I was a liberal moron.

Boy are they going to be surprised.

If those morons ever need to defend themselves, a resourceful DA will be able to pull up those posts and use them as evidence for premeditation.

Congrats, boys! You just upgraded your 2nd Degree Murder charge to 1st Degree!

It will help improve your judgement, legal survivability and decision-making to invest in a MAG-20 before Mr. Ayoob passes.

Classic example of how to ensure your future in a correctional institution.

Probably following the demented advice from Biden about shooting through the door.

I would strongly advise against accepting advice on use of force from people suffering from delusional dementia.

Not very surprising the number of untrained (and trained) idiots out there, who don't understand the concept of "real and present danger" to life and limb.
