I have gotten a bit of static about my support for the free vacation trip to Tren de Aragua members to El Salvador. Some on our side (and a lot on the other), seem to think that without a signed and blessed order from a judge, things are being done wrong/illegally.

Since 1996 and expanded afterwards, the Expedited Removal of illegal aliens or aliens who fall into certain categories has been in the books and offer a way to extract criminal element without the “blessings” of a judge. Combined with other and older laws, this administration is managing to do the job that the past administration was politically unwilling and even adverse to do.

We cannot handicap ourselves by being holier than the Pope when our enemies and contraries never had and do not have any compunction on fighting dirty. They used Lawfare against their political enemies, so I have no issues about using Lawfare against the proven criminal element. That such criminal element is an ally or useful tool for the Democrats, and they decry their expulsion is something to explore at another time.

And one last thing: We are in a fight for our Country and our way of life, not a duel. You have to stop thinking that your challenger will show at dawn by the meadow with a matching set of pistols and follow the rules, you are a truly dumb sumbitch. He will show up at your house, while you sleep with backup friends, set your place on fire and shoot you and your family repeatedly.

Your enemy has been intent on destroying you for many years now. If you have not noticed, you may want to step aside, probably hide and wait for the smoke to clear and things are safe. Then you can come up and bitch we were meanies.
