Correct me if I am wrong, but going into big bodies of water anywhere in the world has the inherent risk of drowning. It is a universal danger that breaks language barriers and really do not need signage. I am sure even in Guatemala there might have been a drowned person or two in its history.

And of course, enter the Guilt Giving Liberal mindset playing their famous guilt tune “If there were only…” (signage in Spanish version) because we need more of your money to be wasted in crap that is obvious to the dumbest of regular people.
