"But who is going to defend us against Putin?"

Europe is truly shitting bricks about Trump. Apparently having to pay for your defense out of your pocket makes Donald the new Lex Luthor and also a Black Swan event. Yes, that is what they are calling him at least in Spain.

While they are bitching like arrested whores, apparently the Poles are saying "fuck this" and beefing up their armed forces, something the other nations seem amazed it can be done.

And of course, they are pissed off that the old Cold War diplomatic rulebook was tossed out, it worked for them but not for the US. Taxpayers have been footing a defense bill under the threat of "we can't let USSR/Russia/Putin take over Europe (while they are now almost under the Islamic thumb) and Americans are simply tired of not only not getting a decent return for the investment but being the eternal bad guys in the geopolitical theater of Europe when we don't bow to their demands.

Europe has been acting like toddlers throwing a tantrum in the supermarket aisle when mommy says no to buying unhealth sugary cereal. Till this year, US Mommy was always embarrassed of the attention and gave up easily. Having a different “mommy” in the White House who said “no!” and has stood firmly is making them question reality, at least what they consider their reality till now.

Europe has to realize some things. First, Americans are tired of paying for their security against a threat that is just an old children’s story. No, there won’t be Russian soldiers parading in downtown Madrid anytime in the next half a decade. Baba Yaga is just a folk’s tale, and the Soviets indeed died last century.

Second, you are already invaded. You opened the door to any and all dregs of the Middle east and Africa injecting a sub-culture who not only differs diametrically from yours, but choses over your own weak objections to become part of yours. I am pretty sure you are not happy having to spend billions of Euros and dealing with an erosion of services to cater to a bunch of ungrateful and self-absorbed people who could not give two shits about those ponying up the money and freebies they get. Hell, give it a couple more decades and you guys will be demanding that Russia invade Western Europe and keep them from having to deal with them.

And I believe that DOGE although unmentioned so far in the European media, is scaring political elites on the other side of the pond. And it is not what can it find of US Taxpayers monies paid for stupid stuff but even worse “What if our subjects demand a European version of DOGE?” “What if they want to see the books and check where the money has gone all these decades?” They cannot have that happen under any circumstances, but I don’t think the common European would demand that because it would require a certain amount of testicular fortitude that I believe is prohibited by law in the European Union.

Europeans always proudly parade their alleged superiority in culture, politics and diplomacy against us, the dumb cousin from the other side of the Atlantic while skipping on the history of two world wars and a shitload or regional screw ups. Well, I believe it is time to finally put up and get off those US Dollars leg supports and walk on your own. Show us how do you think it is done and for a change.
