Ripped from his family!
ROBERTSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A family has been left in shambles after a husband and father was deported to Mexico.
He was detained during a traffic stop in Robertson County. His wife, an American citizen, was reportedly behind the wheel.
She’s now been left to raise their children on her own.
Hilario Martinez Garcia’s family is heartbroken after immigration officials deported the father and husband to Mexico.
“He is a father, a husband and a hard worker,” Mary Beth Holley, a family friend, said.
Holley’s husband represented Hilario during his bond hearing. She has become friends with his wife, Chelsea White.
Man deported after traffic stop in Robertson County, family torn apart
They have been trying to push this case in the local Media, but it has not gotten the traction that Maryland Man got, especially since all the illegal crap Abrego was doing has shown up in court and the previous defenders cannot be seen anywhere near.
I found another article about Hilario Martinez with more details and the only think I have to say is that at a minimum, he brought it on himself and his family. Let’s summarize: He has been in the country for some 25 years and he has been married an American Citizen in 2013, has three kids with her and a fourth on the way.
“Still, the attorney thought his client was exactly the type of person whom immigration rules consider eligible to be released on bond.”
Now here is the thing: Why the harking angels didn’t Martinez apply for a Resident Visa any time after getting married? According to the wife they have been legally married for 12 years and have three kids and one on the way which means this was not a sham marriage to get his Green Card, but something stable. And after five years with an Immigrant Visa, he could have applied for full citizenship and would probably become a citizen within a year after that. So rather than do the legal process and be done in 6 years, he chose to avoid the whole thing for 12 and now he is looking for a 10-year job in Mexico somewhere. When the wife was asked by the reporter why he did not get a Green Card, she replied “they considered it but were told that it would cost thousands and thousands of dollars.” According to several sources online, the Green Card costs for family tops around $3,000 which is not an absurd amount considering you can get that much walking into any paycheck loan franchise. But if you think investing $3K in legal stability for you and your family is too much, I am sure they are all having second thoughts right now.
Unless there was something else
But at Martinez-Garcia's bond hearing last week, immigration officials speculated, based on some sketchy data in a government database, that Martinez-Garcia might have been jailed at some point for a few days for some crime somewhere in the country.
….
Holley (Attorney for Hilario) said that Martinez-Garcia was later brought back before the judge – this time, without an attorney – and somehow agreed to drop his appeal.
Looks like there is a can of worms that may not need to be opened by the “defense” and explains why Martinez never bothered to go the Legal way.
There is something smelling afoul with this case and I am kinda wishing the Nashville Media keeps pushing so they can get a face full of egg and grits because at the end is not the alleged “human factor” but plain Liberal politics. Other quotes from the second article:
“I figured we was good. I figured they was looking for criminals – like Trump said. I figured that they would run his name, see that he's not a criminal and that was it. I didn't think that he was ever going to be taken by ICE."
“What they was looking for,” she told NewsChannel 5 Investigates, “was color of skin.”
Martinez-Garcia’s detention came during a period when ICE, at the direction of Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, had teamed up with the Highway Patrol to make traffic stops to give immigration officers an opportunity to interrogate potentially undocumented immigrants.
We asked the little girl, "What would you tell President Trump if you had a chance?"
"I would say let all the good people out and let all the bad people in jail,” she answered. “It's not fair for people that's not bad to be in jail and not see their family whenever. It's really hard."
Yup, just Anti Trump politics as usual.
If he were above board, well, $3000 over 10 years is $300 per year, or $25 per month. THEY (she's not innocent in all this) have money for 4 children but can't save 25 bucks a month to make him legal? Yeah, something smells.
Which translates to someone already has done a cursory dig into this guy's past and found some sketchy stuff.
