When your victim tactics fail.

One of my regular viewing vices are body-worn camera police videos and this one had me in stitches because of the stupid guy playing games under rules that the cops already knew. Tricks ain’t tricks when the opposition already knows them.

Employee is told to go home because he needs a doctor’s note before he can assume his duties after eye surgery and having protective glasses. He refuses to go, police is called, employee plays the poor immigrant “No-Habla” card only to have to deal with Spanish-speaking cops that may have seen this tactic before once or twice.

By the accent and the grammatical verbiage of the kid while speaking English, he is proficient in the language, but he is just playing “Me-No-Habla” as a tactic to create a delay in interaction so he can come up with an appropriate line of bullshit to questions posed by cops while waving the poor ignorant foreigner flag.

The screaming like a stuck pig is basic millennial shit we have seen over and over with other arrests in the last years and it is only designed to attract attention and see if the cops withdraw or at least delay their actions. By now it is such and abused tactic that the only thing you may manage is to piss everybody around you even more and even the ones that might be in your favor eventually get sick of the bad acting.

After the arrest, what you see are the cops just going full Latino on the idjit. The huge cop is Cuban and he just verbally (but gracefully) shames the kid hinting at his lack of mannish behavior, poking at the inherent cultural Hispanic machismo which eventually silences the moron.

The one that made me laugh the hardest is when the cop asks him “Do you have priors/record? and when the kid says no, the cop replies with a smidgen of sarcasm “Now you do”.
