Very nice little gun.
S&W Bodyguard 2.0 (.380ACP) and Viridian RDFX1.
The first time I manipulated the Bodyguard, I felt it as it it was melding with my hand. I have no idea about ergonomics, but I was amazed how natural it felt. And I guess ergonomics is also a big part how the perceived recoil was very controllable allowing me to comfortably and accurately shot and hit steel past the 25 yards. The Viridian is a green dot and I believe it was the first time I shot with that color which was very clear and sharp on a sunny day.
If was looking1 for a very discrete carry pistol, I would absolutely go for the Bodyguard, especially in this day and age where .380 ACP has improved so much than the old school ball ammo.
And as usual, your particular millage may vary.
(Yes, I am always looking for a gun and an excuse to buy one)

My carry piece has been a Kahr CW380 for years. A couple of months ago, I went shooting with a couple of friends, and one let us try out his Bodyguard 2.0. Since then, I decided that was my next firearms acquisition, and I finally one of my own as of yesterday.
The folks who carried Glocks for so many years have trouble with the fact that the Smiths just don't "feel" like them. I just can't get behind "9mm short" when the same advancements in power apply to "Luger" as well. As you say: Some assembly required, all sales final, not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico...etc. 😄
