The Covenant Mass Murder Summary. A couple of interesting things.
Things we already knew from past incidents.
The more I read the summary, the more I am understanding why some powers-that-be do not want the writings and other media of Asshole Audrey Hale be released. It is not because it is a “blueprint” for other possible killers-in-waiting to follow, but it goes against the official narrative about preventing and responding to school shootings.
And again:
She was not afraid of police and took in consideration that The Covenant School was far from police stations so it would take longer for LEOs to arrive. But she was afraid of the random “hero” at the school or nearby her that would put a skosh on her plan of murdering at least 40 people, mostly children.
And next, we have that she was diagnosed with serious mental issues, but yet nobody thought to Baker Act or at least report her so she would be tagged as a prohibited person during the background check for firearm purchases.
If anything, this proves that for all the fanfare, the Brady background checks are just Gun Control theater which only serves to let us know how and estimate of how many firearms are sold to civilians every month and little to do about preventing crime.
And please do not start foaming at the mouth screaming about Red Flag laws, Asshole Audrey Hale could have been designated Prohibited Person with the laws we have at hand right now, but she was not.
We do have a big problem with mental health in this country that is ot being addressed for reasons unknown. My guess is that during the Sixties, while Blacks and Latinos had the Civil Rights movements, there was truly nothing White people could do in that area and chose the total destruction of the Mental Health Medical structure as Cause Celebre rather than modify it to eliminate the truly despicable injustices and abuses being done to people. It was done too fast and with little foresight on the consequences which we are seeing every day in our streets and our schools. I truly have no idea how we go around fixing this.
One last thing, even though she selected The Covenant School (I will cover the “why” in another post), there were other “emergency locations” selected in case something happened to the main location.
These locations gave me a start. With the exception of Green Hills Mall, I drive by the rest several times a week for work. I can attest that they are crowded places which would have produced a significant number of casualties. If anything, this information reinforces my already set distaste for attending locations where people concentrate in large numbers. Heck, after three years I still have not visited the Bass Pro Shops at Opry Mills and after this, I believe it shall remain ignored for the foreseeable future.
In summary: Carry every day, carry everywhere, avoid locations where large concentration of people occurs.
Stay Safe.
if you step outside the box of “normal” thinking you realize some laws were put into place to create problems that law makers could create more laws to “fix” a problem laws won’t fix. I read a story about a niehborhood in seatle filled with drug dealers gunfire and hookers… the answer given to citizens?? MORE “laws” to deal with the problem…. so certain people are already breaking multiple laws and the answer is more laws…. evil exists and politics is its mother… I live in one of the safest states in the Country and democrats in charge every fukkin year want to pass bloombergs wet dream “gun control”… pass laws to fix a nonexistent problem to further restrict citizens Freedom. to make lawmakers feel safer to pass more laws to restrict citizens more to exert more control over more people.
Mental health system - wasn’t that taken apart by the same ACLU types that are objecting to deporting illegal aliens now? I’ll stick with your strategy Miguel, although I usually have a warm, fuzzy feeling shopping at Bass Pro. Gotta think I’m not the only one carrying there too.
