Taking a break today.
Between some family issues, work and falling behind on some other things, I am going to take today as a breather to catch up.

With Hollywood in general focusing largely on remakes and reboots of existing franchises (the vast majority of which are grossly inferior to the originals), The Princess Bride is one that they really should never touch or revisit; there's literally nothing wrong with it that needs improving.
Or, to paraphrase Westley, "There's a shortage of perfect films in the world. 'Twould be a pity to damage this one."
(Although, if they're really chomping at the bit to do something with The Princess Bride, they could release the outtakes of the Miracle Max scene on DVD and Blu-Ray and make an absolute killing.)
