Silly thing I miss.
I enjoy the modern convenience of going to the movies: selected seats, buying the tickets at a kiosk, great sound, great image, reclining seats, etc.
But you know what I miss? Old school tickets.
I mean, it is not the size of the ticket itself or even the material, but the lack of “information.” The movie was Project Hail Mary, but by reading the ticket I apparently went to see Project Dolby AD CC. I went with my beloved Missus and rather than having a sentimental keepsake of a movie date, I end up with a tired-looking and confused receipt.
Oh well, I am sometimes and old fool.

I haven’t been to a movie theater in over 15 years. I’ll wait and watch from home.
