NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Tennessee bill filed by Rep. Justin Jones (D-Nashville) would ban law enforcement from wearing masks to protect their identities and require they have some form of identification on their uniforms.
Rep. Jones’ bill, called the “Stop American Gestapo Act,” comes after multiple ICE roundups in Tennessee, where some plain-clothed, masked federal agents took individuals into custody. Rep. Jones and advocates argue the masks and lack of uniforms makes it difficult to tell whether these agents are legitimate or criminals impersonating the feds, and kidnapping, raping, and assaulting innocent victims.

Funny how the bill does not cover other individuals like Antifa or armer criminals robbing convenience stores while masked. But I had to laugh at this:
“There’s no law enforcement agency in America where you can sign up to be an anonymous officer. That is literally what is called Gestapo. A secret police force.”
The hilarious part is that checking photos from the Nazi era, Gestapo was in uniform and with the faces uncovered. But Rep. Jones has never been too keen about accuracy, just making a lot of noise.
But wait, there is more.
“I worry about what this will do to women’s safety. I worry about a neighbor who is just mad that I parked my car the wrong way, because anyone can decide to put on a mask and harass citizens, and that’s what this is about, that doesn’t keep people safe. That does not keep anybody safe,” Metro Nashville Councilmember at Large, Zulfat Suara said.
Your issue is not face covering but you need better neighbors. Although I believe if a poll is made, your neighbors would point at you as the troublemaker. And please stop perpetuating the trope of “women can’t drive/park.” Be a feminist!
Or learn how to park.
I guess someone put out a bowl of stupid pills and told people were candy. Its all over the USA.

No, what this is about is you not knowing the law or ignoring that it is not enforced. It's not harassment, it's assault and battery. But here you are, "We need a law!" We already have a law you putz! We have too many laws, but you demand more because you are an ignorant hoser who refuses to be responsible for yourself.
