If it were a Dem, they would have tastefully and respectfully cropped the photo to remove the kid.
But he's GOP, so they have zero respect or taste.
As if a kid acting like a kid holds any bearing over Congressman Rose's quality as a candidate -- which I don't know, as I'm unfamiliar with TN politics. That said, if the media is treating his announcement like this, I'm inclined as a first impression to think he's probably not too bad.
