As I saw the video, my automatic response was an unequivocal bullshit! Her eyes are nice and clear, no facial redness, no tears or snot down her face and her effing makeup is pristine.

But, to compound on the stupid and lie, she posts this video:

The officer does use pepper spray, but she does not get any because she was not near the cone. She is not affected by even a whiff of it because she is talking and moving forward addressing the agents. And the closest to being dosed is that somebody shot a pepperball to her feet and she kept walking which demonstrated it had no effect.
