The asshole in the video, Charles Smith was arrested and charged with one count of Introducing Poison (felony), Criminal Damage, Endagement and Theft which are misdemeanors.

And we know that they will plea him down to some innocuous charge for the felony and he will be free and repeating his idiotic pranks till somebody gets hurt. Some of his other videos doing more stupid stuff and damaging other people’s property have made the rounds, but again, nothing will probably come out of it.

If the justice system really cares for the life of this guy, it needs to send him to the pokey for at least 6 months so he can understand that there are consequences for bad actions. But if he gets set free with some slight slap of the wrists, he will repeat his effort with increased vigor and worse: he will have a bunch of copycaters mimicking his stunts.

I will be inspecting very closely my produce and food articled for the foreseeable future.
