It is the Four RULES, not the Four Suggestions of Gun Safety.
No idea where this was recorded, but if it was a business-oriented range, they need to come up with a very harsh policy on acting the fool. The moment we see some young pneumatic thing about to pull the trigger, barely dressed and lights + camera taking video, you know we are about to witness a really bad instructional on how to shoot, or a possible negligent discharge which if you think about it, it is also a good thing because it tells people to stop screwing around and take firearms seriously.
And there are the assholes that blame the ammunition company for having cases that are too hot coming out of the gun and burning skin which created the unsafe situation and sue them in court.
When the zombie apocalypse happens and you have to team up with the hot stripper to fight your way to safety, maybe give her a few minutes to change into her street clothes?
