Ah, yes! In one of the Upstate New York State cities that prides itself on Progressive upscale bohemian ideals, civility and culture! Hatred, racism and Progressive ideals run deep. On a Progressive campus, no less.
Needless to say, this is in the Disarmed Victim Zone of NY.
Anyone targeted by one of these posters should immediately apply for a concealed carry permit, and file a lawsuit and raise a major uproar if it is not promptly granted.
This is a form of that "mid-level violence" that J.Kb talked about at the old site. (He didn't exactly cover himself in glory at the end, but before that he made some very good points that we'd be foolish to discount.)
It's basically the printed and posted version of "I'm not touching you!"
It's an implicit call to violence without ACTUALLY calling for violence. As a bonus, the named and pictured faculty members also cannot be seen pulling down the posters or they risk being accused of "censorship" or "speech suppression" -- and to the Left, the accusation is all it takes to trigger "self-defense" against the "violent attack" of "censorship". Those faculty members are left in the position where anything they do can be spun as an overreaction, but doing nothing is seen as weakness.
