Where do I begin? Is the Gulf of Mexico a major location for warming water? Yes. Are fossil fuel companies responsible? Not unless they have a huge burner secretly placed under the gulf just to heat up waters and send hurricanes to Florida.

But wait, that is not all. If the waters of the gulf did not warm up, they would not do a very important thing for AOC’s and other fellow Democrats in NYC: Keep the effing waters of the Nort Atlantic from becoming covered with ice during the winter. All water activity in the Northeast would have to stop till the spring thaw, pretty much what happens in Russia.
Also, the whole of Britain and anything touching the Nort Atlantic would risk being not having the ice-free ports that allow them to commerce and move during the Winter.
