Again, you don't break perimeter.
But....
Here is the full video:
If I get an alert and safely see from inside my home this show happening outside, my action will be to get a long gun in enough caliber, call 911 and take a position where I can cover the asshole pointing the gun towards the house without being on his line of fire.
I will not step outside. I will not initiate fire, but if Junior Dumbass pulls the trigger aiming at the inside of the house, he will be getting showered with high velocity projectiles coming at him from an angle he was not looking at.
He breaches perimeter and endangers life? I believe that response is appropriate.
PS: You have to be sure where you are shooting (Rule 4) if you live with neighbors around. Just because he is a dumbass does not mean you get to be one yourself.

Well, our Florida legislature has seen to it that I cannot go out there and blast that bunch anyway. Can't protect property with lethal. I guess they are protecting me from my instincts (gee, thanks, big brother -- bastards), but I wouldn't go out there anyway. Of course I'd call 911 so they could come out for lunch to take a report.
It could be argued, that because he is holding the gun in a manner to engage anyone who happens by, that he is a real and present danger to the public at large and can be engaged with deadly force.
"I heard a sound and thought my neighbor had come out. Fearing for his life, I engaged the armed subject, to stop the threat."
It's up to the prosecutor to prove different.
If you live without close neighbors, you may have to get more creative. "He aimed the gun at me and I responded to stop the threat."
Make sure the cameras agree with you, or are strangely blank for that time period.
