“In the Indian Ocean—an American submarine sunk an Iranian warship, that thought it was safe in international waters.
Instead, it was sunk by a torpedo—Quiet Death.
The first sinking of an enemy ship by a torpedo since World War 2. Like in that war—back when we were still the War Department—we are fighting to win.”
Not only that, it was a fast attack boat (sub) that launched the torpedo and if I am not mistaken, it is the first kill by torpedo by a U.S. nuclear sub.

Qualifier... 1st sinking of a ship by a US torpedo since WW2.
ARA General Belgrano was sunk by the Royal Navy Conqueror during the Falklands war.
We need more of his to remind the world we’re not all “Brandon’s”! Time to establish that we’re back.
