Mass Killing in Solingen, Germany

I caught a glance on the TV about a mass killing in Germany where the perpetrator used a knife to kill 3 people and injure eight more. At the time of this writing, the man had been arrested and the official information is that he is a 26-year-old Syrian who came to Germany a couple of years ago possibly as a “refugee” according to Reuters.
