About that tipping formula and attitude.
If you issue a challenge like that, you best be prepared to be let go because people will go to other eateries or stay home just to spite your ass.
My tip is 20% if both the food and the service are great. That would make the meal above come to $98.88 which I will round up to the full $100.
And what if the food suck but the server is great. I will go 10% to 15% depending on the suckage. Even if the restaurant waives the bill, the server gets a tip (We always tip cash) because he/she tried to make amends.
And what if the server sucks and the food is subpar? Oh hell, I will leave a subtle hint like this:

And, of course, where the penny is dropped, we never return.
only thing I will say about your tipping- if the food absolutely sux, why punish the wait staff? I tip purely on service by wait staff. the whole “tipping war” has been destroyed by F’in liberals who HATE working people. wait staff work for TIPS thats why the hourly wage is low. “they get paid half of minimum wage!! thats not fair!!”. because they can make 4-5 times minimum wage if they are great at it. and all these other places that suddenly have a tip jar out don’t help.. liberals fuk EVERYTHING up.
