2024 Tennessee Legislative session: As expected Gun Control bills are fully back

Just gave it a glance, but I plan to delve into them deeper in the future. So far we have:

• Red Flag law.

• Universal Background checks.

• Owning, making, transfering, (etc_ bumpstocks and similar devices is a felony.

•  Illegal to buy "Assault weapons."

• Illegal to buy, make, own magazines with more than 10 rounds.

• Gunowners insurance ($300,000) but no idea if criminals are supposed to carry it.

• Illegal to make semi-automatic rifles. That adds a new ball of wax to the ear canal.

• Gun Storage mandatory.

• 3 week waiting period on firearm purchases.

• Raises the legal age to purchase firearm to 25.
